Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: January 8, 2026
Love and Choice Learning Collective is committed to thoughtful planning and respectful use of time and resources. The following refund policy applies to all Education Support Services and consultations.

Payment & Booking
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve services. Services are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund and may not be rescheduled.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time is reserved in advance. Where applicable, 50% of the consultation fee may be applied toward the first service or session if families choose to move forward. Please note that consultation fee credits do not apply to IEP/504 advocacy or education planning consultations, which are offered as specialized professional services.
Service Packages
Service packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program period, subject to availability.
Love + Choice-Initiated Cancellations
If Love + Choice must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.
Extenuating Circumstances
Love + Choice understands that unexpected situations arise. Requests related to illness or emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
